Amazon FBA Prep & Replenishment in Mississauga
Selling on Amazon? Newsom 3PL receives your inventory at our Mississauga warehouse, prepares it to Amazon’s requirements and ships it to Amazon fulfillment centres, so your listings stay in stock and your inbound shipments are accepted the first time.
Amazon no longer preps or labels FBA inventory in Canada. Since July 1, 2026, every unit sent to an Amazon.ca fulfillment centre must arrive already labelled and packaged. Read our guide to Amazon FBA prep requirements in Canada, or let our team handle it for you.
What our FBA prep service includes
- Receiving and inspection: we check in supplier and container shipments, count units and flag damage before anything goes to Amazon.
- FNSKU labelling: Amazon item labels applied (covering manufacturer barcodes where needed) so every unit scans correctly.
- Packaging prep: poly bagging, bubble wrap, suffocation warning labels and boxing where the product requires it.
- Bundling and kitting: multi-packs and sets assembled and labelled as a single sellable unit.
- Carton and pallet labelling: box and shipment labels applied, and pallets built and wrapped for inbound delivery.
- Shipping to Amazon: small parcel or pallet shipments sent to the fulfillment centres in your shipping plan.
FBA replenishment: keep your stock flowing
Amazon limits how much inventory you can send at once, so many sellers keep their bulk stock with a 3PL and send smaller replenishment shipments as they sell through. We store your inventory in our warehouse and prepare the next shipment whenever you create a new shipping plan, helping you avoid stockouts without paying for excess space at Amazon.

FBA prep FAQ
What is FBA prep?
FBA prep is getting your products ready for Amazon’s fulfillment network: labelling each unit, packaging it to Amazon’s rules, and packing and labelling the boxes or pallets so Amazon can receive them without delays or extra fees.
Can you store my inventory and send it to Amazon in batches?
Yes. Many sellers keep their main stock in our warehouse and send replenishment shipments to Amazon as needed. This is often more cost-effective than storing everything at Amazon.
Do you apply FNSKU labels?
Yes. Send us the labels from your shipping plan and we will apply them to each unit, along with any box and pallet labels Amazon requires.
How much does FBA prep cost?
Pricing depends on the number of units, the prep each product needs and how long you store inventory with us. See how our quotes work, or request a quote and we will send you a price based on your products.
